November 10: Veterans Day Observed (No School / No Daycare)

November 11: VETERAN’S DAY CELEBRATION: Attention all Veterans, Calvary Chapel Christian School staff and students would love to celebrate you on Tuesday, November 11 with a breakfast and special chapel. Please come so we can honor you for your service to our country. Complimentary breakfast will be provided for all veterans and their families at 7:45am in the Fellowship Hall. Chapel will begin at 9:00am in the Main Sanctuary.

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

ASVAB: The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery test will be administered on campus on a Saturday in January (date t.b.d.) from 9am-12:30am. This test is not used for military occupations only.  The ASVAB test is the most widely used aptitude test for HS students to measure their strengths, weaknesses, and potential for future success. The ASVAB can be used an indicator for students to use whether they choose to go to college, vocational school, or pursue a military career. There is not a cost for this test but you do need to sign up in the office ahead of time due to limited space.

Students are not permitted upstairs during lunch or before 7:30 a.m.

Veteran's Day - In observance of Veteran's Day you may wear red, white, and blue, on 11/11 to earn spirit points for your grade. Please note that you must wear ALL THREE COLORS in order to earn points and/or participate in free dress that day!

JunioR HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

JH Daycare: JH students, if you arrive at school before 7:30am, you must sign-in to Daycare. If you need to go to Daycare after school, you must sign-in by 2:45pm. JH students may not wander the hallways before or after school.

Parking Permits: Attention student drivers!  If you are currently driving to school, you must fill out a parking permit application and submit it to the Office. Applications are available in the High School Office, on the rack adjacent to the front doors.
